Meet CARRIE
As a mom of two, I know firsthand how quickly time flies. I understand the importance of capturing life’s special moments and cherishing the memories at important events, from birthdays to graduations and everything in between. I started this business to follow my passion for creativity and help others celebrate big moments in a beautiful, unique way — but I also have many years of experience in a corporate career and love bringing the ‘wow’ factor to your business, whether you’re wanting to showcase your storefront or planning a private client event.
My goal is to create spaces where every detail is designed to make you feel proud of the event you’re hosting, and where your guests can’t help but rave about it! No matter if it’s a playful and vibrant theme or something more elegant and timeless, I always put my whole heart into creating the perfect balloon designs for every celebration. I’d love to work with you!

Please take a look at our Services and FAQ for more information, then complete our Inquiry Form with details about your event and vision. We will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

Once your booking is confirmed, the fun part begins! We’ll start planning the custom design for your event. We’ll communicate along the way to ensure we’re bringing your vision to life.

On the day of your event, you simply get to sit back and relax while we install your balloon decor! We’ll ask for access to the event space at least 2 hours before the event begins (or more for intricate setups) and by the time we leave, your space will be transformed!

Our Grab-and-Go balloon garlands are the perfect choice for anyone looking for hassle-free, ready-to-go balloon decoration. Simply choose your length and colors, pick it up from Carrie’s Balloonery in Chandler, Arizona (85226), and you’re all set to add a burst of color to your event! Convenient, customizable, and perfect for any celebration. Requires at least 72 hours advance notice. Easy instructions and hanging supplies included.

Frequently Asked QUESTIONS

Please submit an inquiry as soon as you know your event date, time, and venue. After receiving your proposal and contract, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event, with the remaining balance due 72 hours prior to your event. Your date is not reserved until your deposit has been paid. Carrie's Balloonery is not able to book full-service events with less than two weeks’ notice, but we can offer Grab & Go options based on availability.

Yes! We offer both delivery and installation services. The fees will appear on your proposal. We’ll handle the setup at your venue and ensure that everything looks perfect before your event begins. Pick-up service will be required for rental items such as backdrops, shimmer walls, frames, easels and baby carriages.

We do offer a service to strike (break down) the balloons if you need them removed afterward. Otherwise, you are welcome to keep them!

Definitely! We specialize in creating themed balloon installations that match any color scheme, brand, or event theme, from elegant events to fun kids' parties or corporate branding.

You typically need to provide access to the event venue/space at least 2 hours prior to the event for setup. If your event is outdoors, we may need to discuss weather contingencies. Additionally, please inform us of any specific requirements or restrictions at the venue (e.g., ceilings, walls, etc.).

We offer a variety of options to suit different budgets. We’ll work with you to create a balloon decor plan that fits your budget while delivering a beautiful result. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Balloons do not hold up well when exposed to heat and sun. Evening events or events with a fully shaded area for your balloon display can be booked during May. Carrie's Balloonery cannot book full-service outdoor events during June through September. We'd be happy to provide Grab & Go items as alternatives.

Payments to Carrie's Balloonery are non-refundable. If you must cancel your event set-up, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time based on availability. Orders canceled within 72 hours are not able to be rescheduled and are non-refundable. Please refer to your contract for specific details.
